Overview

LookBundle helps Shopify merchants create visual product combinations and bundle recommendations for products in their online store. This policy explains what information the app processes and how it is used.

Information we process

• Shop information needed to install and authenticate the app.
• Product, variant, collection, metafield, and discount information needed to create and display LookBundle recommendations.
• App session information required to keep merchants signed in through Shopify.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain the LookBundle app.
• To display product combination recommendations on product pages.
• To create or update discount settings selected by merchants.
• To troubleshoot, secure, and improve the app.

Customer information

LookBundle is designed to work with product and storefront display data. The app does not intentionally collect customer payment information. If order attribution or usage-based billing is enabled, the app processes only the order and refund line item information needed to calculate LookBundle-attributed sales and billing. We store order identifiers, currency, recommendation identifiers, and attributed amounts; we do not store customer names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details for this purpose.

Data sharing

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers used to operate the app, and by Shopify as required for app installation, authentication, billing, and API access.

Data retention and deletion

App session data is removed when the app is uninstalled. LookBundle-attributed order usage records are retained only as long as needed for Shopify Billing, refund and cancellation adjustment, accounting, dispute handling, and audit purposes. Merchants can request deletion of related app data by contacting support.

Security

LookBundle uses HTTPS/TLS for data transmitted between Shopify, merchant browsers, and the app. Access to production systems and stored app data is restricted to authorized personnel for operation, support, billing, and security purposes.
